Multiple Register

Using a multiple registry as we move forward.
Richard has approved.

Implication is that patients seen at different clinics will have multiple registry records in
client registry and those who go to one clinic will only have one.

Data Acquisition

Liz and Shaun flushed out data using head of
household first and are working on dependents information now.

Need data for gap analysis and configuration of matching algorithm.
