Description: Fetches a Patient’s Enterprise ID for the patient specified by the patient ID parameter.
Input: A patient ID. This can be one of the following:
- NID - for a national identification number
- APN - for an application number
- PPN - for passport number
- SSN - for social security number
Output: The ECID
