Transaction Specification

Description: Updates a client’s record in the client registry. This transaction sends an acknowledgement or an error in return if the transaction succeeds or fails.
Input: All of the clients demographic data as defined in the Client Registry Technical Specifications: http://jira.jembi.org/wiki/display/RHEAPILOT/Client+Registry
Output: A positive or negative response.
