- Implement multiple user names and password for interface and role based security

- Perform load and performance testing for simulation of a national deployment

- Revisit the FR query to ensure it meets the need of DHIS and iHRIS

- Split the project into HIM-core and the RHEA transaction mediations, allow the HIM-core to configured to run the RHEA transactions.

- OpenSource the code and migrate the docs to a public location
