Error detection via the HIM, SHR and the POC modules

There are several ways to track down and resolve errors in the RHEA system.

The HIM - Error management console is one of these. To use the HIM console, log into the system at hie.jembi.org.

The console allows you to view the status of each request made on the interopability layer. You may also filter requests by date and status of the request as well.

The HIM console will provide a detailed explanation on the status of each request, what parameters were entered, and the ultimate outcome / exception it results in. It is an ideal way to track the progress of your request across the interoperbility layer.

The message can also be logged at the SHR and POC module level.

A request is logged in the poc before being set to the interipability layer, where it is logged in the HIM console. If the message processing in the interopability layer is successful, it is sent to the SHR, where it is logged.

The reverse of this process occures in the event of a GET request.
