Upon investigating a daily failed transaction report, i picked up that the value being represented on the email doesnt reflect the same within the OpenHIM transaction logs.

The daily report email states that there were two failures on the 2019/02/02 but when viewing the failed transactions in the OpenHIM there are 3 failed transactions. The individual failure alerts were all triggered as i received 3 failures alerts on that day.
